Within the framework of joint cooperation between official and civil society organizations, a memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Anbar Governorate and the Rayahin Organization for Agricultural Development.
The memorandum includes the implementation of development programs to promote a culture of human rights, address psychological stress, and empower local communities, particularly in rural areas.
